Accounts list: columns and filters

This is the full catalogue of every column you can show on the Accounts list and every filter you can apply to it, with the meaning of each value. Use it when you want to decide which columns to display, build a precise filter, or understand exactly what a value represents. To set columns and save a filtered view, see Configure columns, Filter accounts, and Save filter views.

The Name column is always shown and cannot be hidden. Every other column can be turned on or off. Alongside the company name, the Name cell also surfaces small status markers: a Do Not Touch marker, a deletion-in-progress marker, a merge-in-progress marker, a marker when the record was deleted from a connected CRM, and the CRM sync icons. The Score, Updated at, and Name columns are sortable.

The qualification, research, and custom field columns are not shown by default; turn them on from the column picker. Because they are driven by the agents and custom fields configured in your workspace, the exact set you see depends on your setup.

The Accounts list has a free-text search plus an expandable set of filters. Search matches across account text such as name and domain. The remaining filters and their selectable values are listed below.

For the list-style filters (ICP, Ecosystem, Vertical / Key account, Owner, Tags, Owner CRM), the available choices are drawn from the accounts actually in your workspace, so the exact options you see reflect your own data.
