Top up credits and manage billing
Top up when you want to buy one-time credit packages on top of your monthly plan, for example when a run is held up because you are out of credits. This page covers checking your current balance, opening the Top up page, choosing a package, and completing checkout. For how credits are spent in the first place, see Credits.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You buy credits for the whole workspace, so the balance you top up is shared by everyone on the team rather than tied to your own login. Top-ups are added on top of your monthly plan and follow your plan’s rules.
Check your current balance
Section titled “Check your current balance”- Look at the credits chip in the top header bar. It shows credits left followed by your total, for example 1,200 / 5,000. The chip turns green, orange, or red as the balance runs lower.
- Hover over the chip to open the Workspace credits popover. It shows a progress bar and the share of credits remaining, written as X% credits left.
- Select Buy more credits in that popover to go straight to the Top up page.
If the workspace has run out, an orange banner appears across the top reading You are out of credits. Please purchase more to continue using our services. Use the Top-up link in that banner to reach the same page, or Contact support.
Open the Top up page
Section titled “Open the Top up page”The page opens with the breadcrumb Payments then Top up, titled Top up credits. It explains that you can buy one-time credit packages on top of your monthly plan.
Choose a package
Section titled “Choose a package”- The page lists credit packages as cards, three per row. Each card shows the number of credits, the price, and the price per credit.
- Some cards carry a label so you can compare at a glance:
- Most popular
- Best value
- Reference rate (the baseline used for comparison)
- Where a package costs less per credit than the reference rate, the card shows a Save X% vs reference rate chip.
- If your workspace does not already have a set currency, a small currency switch appears above the cards with USD, EUR, and GBP. Select one to see all prices in that currency. If a currency is already set for the workspace, prices show in it and no switch appears.
- Select a card to choose that package. The selected card is highlighted with a check mark, and its button changes from Select to Buy N credits (where N is that package’s credit count).
Complete checkout
Section titled “Complete checkout”- With a package selected, choose Buy N credits on its card.
- You are sent to the secure checkout page to enter payment details and confirm the purchase. Prices on the Top up page exclude VAT; EU customers will see VAT added at checkout based on country.
- After you finish, you are returned to the workspace. A confirmation reading Top up successful! Thank you for using Evergrowth appears, and the new credits are added to your balance. If you back out, you return with a Top up canceled message and no charge is made.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”The purchased credits are added to your shared workspace balance, and the header credits chip updates to the higher figure. Plan credits are used first and top-ups after. Top-ups follow your plan’s expiry rules: three months on monthly plans, or the end of the plan year on yearly plans.
If you top up often, a larger plan usually costs less per credit and includes more parallel runs and Expert Hours. Use Contact support on the Top up page to discuss it.
