Filter and search the accounts list

The Accounts list opens with every account in your workspace. Use search and the filter panel to narrow it to the accounts you care about right now, for example accounts that match your ICP, have no contacts yet, or were qualified by a specific agent. You can stack as many filters as you need; they apply together. To save a set of filters you reuse often, see Save filter views.

Anyone with access to the Accounts list can search and filter, including read-only members. Filtering changes only what you see; it does not edit any record.

  1. Open Accounts from the left navigation.
  2. Type into the Search box at the top of the list. It matches on account name and domain. Clear the box to remove the search.
  1. Select Show filters (the button with the filter icon, top left of the list). The panel opens on the left under the heading Additional filters. The button changes to Hide filters while the panel is open.
  2. The panel opens in Basic mode. If your workspace has advanced filters set up, a Basic / Advanced toggle appears at the top of the panel. This page covers Basic filters; for the advanced builder see Save filter views.
  3. Each filter is a collapsible section. Select a section heading to expand it, choose your values, and the list updates as you go. A green check mark next to a heading shows that filter is active; hover it and select the trash icon to clear just that one.

Expand any of these sections in the panel:

  • ICP - keep only accounts with a given qualification verdict: Yes, No, or Inconclusive.
  • Freshness: Qualification - how recently the account was qualified.
  • Freshness: Research - how recently the account was researched.
  • Ecosystem - the ecosystem the account belongs to.
  • Vertical / Key account - pick one or more verticals or key accounts. You can select multiple values at once.
  • Has contacts - whether the account has any contacts attached.
  • Has account plans - whether the account has any account plans.
  • Do not touch - whether the account is marked do-not-touch. See Do not touch.
  • Score - a slider for the account strength score, from 0 to 100. Set the low and high ends to keep accounts inside that range.
  • Owner - the workspace member who owns the account.
  • Updated at - a date range. Pick a start and end date to keep accounts last changed within that window.
  • Research agents - filter by what a specific research agent produced. Each research agent appears as its own sub-section; expand one to filter by its Agent output (free-text search of the result), Found (whether the agent found a result), and Positive (whether the result was positive).
  • Qualification agents - filter by a specific qualification agent. Each agent appears as its own sub-section; expand one and use Agent output to search its result text.
  • Tags - keep accounts carrying one or more tags.
  • Owner CRM - filter by the owner recorded in a connected CRM. Each connected CRM appears as its own sub-section; pick one or more owner values inside it.

The values offered inside each section reflect what exists in your workspace, so the lists differ between companies. A section with nothing to show says so.

Add as many filters as you need. They combine: an account has to match every active filter to stay in the list, and search applies on top of that. For example, set ICP to Yes, Has contacts to no, and a Score range of 70 to 100 to find strong-fit accounts that still need contacts. The check marks in the panel show everything currently applied.

  • Discard (at the bottom of the panel) clears all filters at once.
  • Save View (at the bottom of the panel) saves the current filters as a named view you can return to later. See Save filter views.
  • Save as default stores the current filters as your personal default for this list, so it opens that way next time. Reset default clears that personal default.
  • Manage columns changes which columns the list shows; it does not change which accounts appear. See Configure columns. Source is one of the columns you can show, not a filter.

The list and its count update immediately as you change filters; there is no separate apply step. Your filters live in the page address, so you can copy the link to share the same filtered view, or bookmark it. Select all the accounts that match your current filters and run an agent or a bulk action on them - see Run a Qualification agent and Bulk-edit records.
