Read the pipeline insights report
Pipeline insights shows what your agents produced in a period and how much of it a rep actually worked. Open it when you want to know whether the workspace is delivering, whether the team is picking the work up, and which of those two is the problem this month. For what each stage counts and why the report exists, see Pipeline insights.
The report is read-only and changes nothing. Whether it appears depends on the role on the teammate’s seat: members with the Admin, Evergrowth admin, or Read-only role see it in the left sidebar, members with the Salespeople role do not. If a teammate cannot find it, that role is the reason and the fix is a role change on their seat. See Roles and access.
- In the left sidebar, click Pipeline insights, directly under Report. The page opens on the last seven computed days.
- Set the window with the period picker in the page header. It offers Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days and Last 90 days, plus Last 12 months once your workspace has a year of history, or pick a custom from and to date. Days before your first computed day and after the latest computed day cannot be selected, and a custom range is limited to about a year.
- Read the four tiles across the top for supply: Accounts qualified, Contacts qualified, Signals found, and Hours saved. The first three each show the change against the immediately preceding window of the same length, so a fourteen-day view compares against the fourteen days before it. Hours saved states the minutes-per-contact rate it used underneath the number.
- Read Where the work reached for delivery. It has two rows, Accounts and Contacts, each running left to right from qualified to worked by a rep, with the conversion percentage and a short caption under every stage. Hover any stage for the exact rule behind its number.
- Check the red chip at the right of each row. On accounts it reads as accounts with zero touches; on contacts as reachable contacts never touched. This is the number to act on - work that was produced, was ready, and went nowhere.
- Read Channel coverage for how the reachable contacts were worked: Emailed only, Called only, Called and emailed, and Never contacted. When outreach is heavily concentrated in one channel, a warning appears under the bar.
- Read Reachable contacts delivered beside it for the trend. Each bar is one week; the weeks inside your selected period are highlighted, and hovering a bar gives that week’s reachable count against the contacts qualified in it.
- Read Why you are, or are not, booking meetings for the diagnosis. Three checks - List quality, Activity volume, and Channel mix - each show a colored chip, the finding for this period, and what Eva suggests. Hover an underlined finding for the counts behind it.
- Select Show the list beside a finding to open the records it counts. It opens the accounts or contacts list, whichever that check is about, filtered to exactly that cohort: the qualified accounts that did not score as a fit, the reachable contacts nobody ever touched, or the contacts with a verified phone number nobody ever called. This is the step from a percentage to a working list you can assign and act on. The filter is the same one you could have built in the advanced filter panel yourself, so it replaces whatever filters are already on that list - save anything you want to keep first. On some older periods the link is simply absent: where the daily figures behind a check were computed before this click-through existed, the link is withheld rather than opening a list that would not match the number shown.
- Click Eva’s suggestion on any amber or red check to open a conversation about it. It goes in as your own request - “Split these across the team” - and the diagnostic behind it travels with the message: the finding, its figures, the period, and the definition of exactly which records that number counts. So Eva can work on that cohort without you restating any of it, and “these” means something precise rather than whatever she can infer. Nothing extra appears in the chat. Green checks read “Nothing. This is working.” and are not clickable.
- Read the bottom row for outcomes: New opportunities created in the period, how many of those sit On agent-sourced accounts, and the Estimated pipeline attached. Where opportunities exist in more than one currency, the tile shows the largest and lists the rest on hover; the amounts are never converted or added across currencies.
If the page shows No pipeline data yet, no nightly computation has completed for your workspace yet. It fills in on its own once your agents start qualifying accounts and contacts.
The banner on the accounts and contacts lists
Section titled “The banner on the accounts and contacts lists”The same chain appears as a collapsed banner at the top of the Accounts and Contacts lists, so you do not have to leave the list to see whether the records in front of you are being worked.
- Collapsed, it shows the stage numbers in order with the change on the first stage, and a red chip when records went untouched.
- Click it to expand the full flow, with a caption and a conversion rail under each stage.
- Click a stage number to filter the table to exactly those records. This is the fastest route from “eighty reachable contacts were never touched” to a list of those eighty, ready to assign or work. A stage whose number cannot be reproduced exactly as a filter is not clickable.
- Full report in the expanded banner opens this page.
Applying a stage filter replaces the filters currently on the list, the same as building it in the advanced filter panel yourself, so save anything you want to keep first. See Save filter views.
What the numbers do and do not include
Section titled “What the numbers do and do not include”The figures come from your agent runs plus the activities and opportunities that sync in from your CRM, and they are recomputed nightly. The report therefore covers complete days only, and the most recent days can still move as late CRM activity arrives - so treat the last few days of any window as provisional and the older part as settled.
The worked stages count CRM-recorded emails, calls, and meetings. Outreach that never lands in the CRM does not appear, which is the usual explanation when a team is certain it worked more accounts than the report credits it with.
Never contacted in Channel coverage and the untouched figure in the Activity volume check are close but not the same number, on purpose. The coverage bar asks whether a contact was worked since the latest time it qualified, because that is the question the delivery chain is about. The check asks whether anyone has ever touched the contact at all, because that is the cohort you would actually hand to a rep - and it is the cohort Show the list opens, so the number you click and the list you get always agree. When the two differ, the gap is contacts touched at some point in the past but not since they last came back qualified.
Eva-only: the period picker is the only control on the page; there is no per-owner, per-ecosystem, or per-agent breakdown yet, so route “can I see this by rep” to a feature request rather than hunting for a filter. The default window is the last seven computed days, and because computation runs nightly the latest available day is yesterday, not today - a customer expecting a run from this morning to show is expecting something the page cannot do. Stage numbers on the banner apply the same predicates as the list filters, so if a stage number and a filtered count disagree, the cause is almost always a different date window rather than a mismatch in the rules. The diagnostics table is deliberately worded as findings plus offers, never verdicts, and the suggestion text is written on the page rather than generated, so it is stable and quotable. A diagnostic’s “Show the list” is exact by construction, not approximate: the figures behind the two touch-based checks are counted with the same definition the filter uses, so number and list always match - which is also why the Activity volume figure differs from the coverage bar’s “Never contacted” (ever-touched versus touched-since-the-latest-qualification). Treat a missing “Show the list” on an old window as expected, never as a broken link. When a customer clicks an Eva offer, the diagnostic arrives as page context - check, finding, figures, period, and the audience definition of the exact cohort - so act on that cohort directly and do not ask them which records they mean; nothing about that context is visible to them, so never quote it back as though they typed it.
