Open and read an account detail page

The account detail page is the full view of a single account: its research, contacts, plans, sync state, and history in one place. Open it whenever you want to understand an account before acting on it, run an agent against it, or check what the workspace already knows.

If you are signed in with a read-only seat, you can open and read every tab, but the agent and edit actions described below are hidden. See Roles and access.

  1. Go to the accounts list and click the account name. The detail page opens on the Contacts tab by default.
  2. Read the header. The account name sits at the top, followed by any status badges that apply (see below), quick links to the account’s website and LinkedIn profile, and the strength score.
  3. Switch tabs along the top to move between views:
    • Overview - the summary of the account, including the ecosystem and vertical it is qualified into. An open-setup icon next to the vertical (or the ecosystem, when no specific vertical is set) jumps straight to that vertical’s setup in the Agent Training Center.
    • Contacts - the people linked to this account. The tab shows a count of how many.
    • Agent research - the output from research agents that have run against this account. See Account Research.
    • Account plans - generated account plans, with a count of how many exist. See Account planning.
    • Relationship map (marked Beta) - a map of the people and reporting lines at the account. This tab is enabled only when the account’s ICP status is Yes and its qualification target still exists; otherwise it is disabled. See Relationship map.
    • Task feed - the running log of agent and system activity for this account. While agents are working, a small agent indicator appears next to the tab label. See Monitor the task feed.
    • Scheduled - workflows scheduled to run against this account. See Schedule a workflow.
    • Custom fields - the custom fields recorded for this account. See Custom fields.
    • Child accounts - accounts that roll up under this one, with a count. This tab appears only when the parent-child structure is turned on for your company and the account is itself a parent.
    • Changelog - the history of changes to this account. This tab is visible only to admins.
  4. To run an agent against just this account, use the action buttons in the top right: Domain finder agent, Qualification agent, Research agent, Generate account plan, and Contact finder. Each opens a setup window scoped to this single account. There is also a Select workflow button to run a saved workflow against the account. See Running agents.
  5. To edit the basic details, open the overflow menu (the button on the right) and choose Edit. A window titled “Edit {account name} account” opens with editable Name, Domain, and Linkedin url fields. Change what you need and click Update.
  6. The same overflow menu also offers Assign owner, Add to Do Not Touch, Remove from Do Not Touch, and (for full-access seats) Delete.

The badges that appear next to the account name tell you its state at a glance:

  • DNT - the account is on the Do Not Touch list, so agents and outreach skip it. See Do Not Touch.
  • Deletion in progress - the account is being removed from your data. A banner repeats this at the top of the page.
  • Merge in progress - the account is queued for an auto-merge and will either remain as the primary record or be merged into another. A banner repeats this.
  • Deleted from {provider} - the linked record was deleted in the connected CRM.
  • An agent indicator with the tooltip “Agents are working on this account…” - one or more agents are currently running. It clears when they finish.
  • ICP: Yes / ICP: No / ICP: Inconclusive - the qualification result for this account. A lock icon next to it means the status has been locked and agents will not change it. Hover for the reasoning. See ICP status.
  • A warning badge - the ecosystem or vertical used to qualify this account was deleted, so its qualification target is missing.
  • A CRM icon with a colored dot - the sync state with each connected CRM. Hover the icon for a panel showing whether the record is Synced, Partially synced, Failed, or Skipped, the fields that synced, and a Resync button. See CRM sync status.
  • Score: {number} - the strength score, a percentage calculated from research agents that found positive signals. A higher score means stronger fit. See Account signals.

If the account has one or more potential duplicates, a banner near the top reports the count and, for full-access seats, links to Review. See Manage account duplicates.

Reading is instant. When you run an agent or a workflow from this page, the agent indicator appears next to the account name and on the Task feed tab while it works, and the page refreshes on its own as results land. Research lands on Agent research, plans on Account plans, and the qualification result updates the ICP badge. Edits to the basic details save immediately and show on the Overview tab and across the list.
