Read the usage report
The Report area gives you a single dashboard view of how your workspace is being used: a roll-up of activity and key metrics for your company, so you can see what has been worked, by whom, and with what result without leaving Evergrowth. Open it when you want a quick read on progress instead of paging through individual accounts and contacts.
The Report is read-only by design. It does not change any of your records; it summarizes them. Whether it appears depends on the role on the teammate’s seat. Members with the Admin, Evergrowth admin, or Read-only role see Report in the left sidebar; members with the Salespeople role do not. If a teammate cannot find Report in the left sidebar, that role is the reason, and the fix is a role change on their seat. See Roles and access.
- In the left sidebar, click Report. The icon sits in the main module list, below Accounts and Contacts.
- The dashboard opens in the main panel. It loads automatically and is already filtered to your company, so everything you see is scoped to your workspace.
- Scroll through the dashboard to read each metric. The dashboard is a single scrolling page rather than a set of tabs, so there is nothing to switch between.
- To leave, click any other item in the left sidebar. The Report does not save state, so it always opens fresh.
The Report is a fixed, prebuilt dashboard. You read it as-is; there are no filters to set, no date pickers to choose, and no columns to configure on this page. The specific cards and the exact wording of each metric are defined inside the dashboard itself.
Eva-only: the Report view is a single embedded analytics dashboard, automatically scoped to the viewer’s company. The workspace renders only the container; the cards, metric names, and groupings live in the analytics layer, not in the product’s own screens. The metric labels are therefore not available from the product surface, so the named-metric list below is left as a TODO for a human who can read the live dashboard, rather than guessed.
What each metric is for
Section titled “What each metric is for”TODO(human): confirm the exact metric labels and groupings shown on the live Report dashboard. The Report is a prebuilt analytics dashboard whose card titles and definitions are defined inside the dashboard itself, not on the product surface, so they cannot be confirmed without opening the live dashboard and must not be guessed. Capture the real card names from the running workspace and document, for each, what it counts and which audience it serves (for example: a salesperson tracking their own activity versus a RevOps lead tracking team-wide throughput).
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Reading the Report does not start any work and does not write to your records. The numbers reflect activity that has already happened across your workspace, so the Report is a place to check progress, not a place to run agents or edit data. To act on what you see, go to Accounts or to the Agents area and run work from there.
If a number looks lower than expected, check that the underlying activity actually completed: agent runs land in the task feed (see Monitor the task feed), and records only count once they exist in your workspace. If you expected to see the Report and it is missing from the sidebar entirely, your seat is the most likely cause; see Missing nav items.
