Open and read a contact detail page
The contact detail page is where everything Evergrowth knows about one person comes together: their qualification status, research, plays, persona match, and the agent activity tied to them. Open it whenever you want the full picture of a single contact before reaching out, or to run an agent against just that one person. For the list-level view, see Filter contacts.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You need a contact record to open. If you only have a name or company, create or import one first - see Create a record manually or Import contacts from a file.
Some tabs only appear or become usable once a contact has certain data. The DISC Profile and LinkedIn insights tabs stay disabled until the contact has a LinkedIn profile, and the Digital twin tab stays disabled until the contact is eligible for one. This is covered in the tab list below.
If you signed in with a read-only role, you can open and read everything on this page, but the agent and action buttons in the header are hidden. The Changelog tab is only shown to admins.
-
Go to your contacts list and click the contact’s name to open their detail page. The page opens on the Overview tab by default.
-
Read the header at the top of the page. It shows the contact’s name, their job title and the account they belong to (the account name is a link to that account), and a LinkedIn button if a profile URL is on file. Next to the name you may see one or more status chips:
- DNT - the contact is on your Do Not Touch list and should be excluded from outreach.
- Deletion in progress - the contact is being removed from your data.
- Merge in progress - the contact’s account is queued for an auto-merge and the contact will be reassigned to the surviving account.
- Deleted from (connected system) - the matching record was deleted in your CRM.
- A spinning indicator with the note “Agents are working on this contact…” - an agent is currently running against this person.
- IBP: (Yes / No / Inconclusive) - the contact’s Ideal Buyer Profile qualification result. Hover it to read the reason. A lock icon means the status was set manually and won’t be overwritten by the next qualification run.
- A warning chip meaning the persona this contact was qualified against was deleted, so the qualification no longer maps to a live persona.
- CRM sync icons showing whether the contact is linked to your connected systems.
-
Just below the header you may see a banner. A deletion or merge banner restates what the matching chip means. A duplicate banner reports how many potential duplicates were found and, if your role allows, offers a Review link to resolve them.
-
Use the header action buttons (top right) to run work against this single contact. The agent buttons open a window where you confirm settings before the run starts:
- Qualification agent - score this contact against your Ideal Buyer Profile. See Run a Contact Qualification.
- Research agent - gather research on this contact. See Run research.
- Generate digital twin - build a digital twin for this contact. This button only appears when the contact is not yet eligible for the Digital twin tab. See Generate plays and a digital twin.
- Generate plays - draft outreach plays for this contact.
- Email/Phone finder - search for the contact’s email and phone. See Find an email or phone number.
- Select workflow - pick a saved multi-step workflow to run against this contact (and optionally schedule it instead). See Run a workflow.
- The overflow menu (the ”…” button) holds the rest: Assign owner, Add to Do Not Touch, Remove from Do Not Touch, and (for full-access roles) Delete.
-
Switch tabs to read the contact’s data. The tab strip sits under the header:
- Overview - the contact’s profile and their plays. The number badge on this tab is the count of plays.
- Agent research - the output of research agents that have run on this contact.
- DISC Profile - the contact’s communication style. Disabled until the contact has a LinkedIn profile; hovering the disabled tab reads “Available for IBP contacts with a LinkedIn profile.”
- LinkedIn insights - insights drawn from the contact’s LinkedIn profile. Disabled until the contact has a LinkedIn profile, with the same hover note.
- Digital twin - the contact’s digital twin. Disabled until the contact is eligible; while it is disabled, the Generate digital twin action appears in the header instead.
- Roleplay - practice a conversation with this contact’s profile. See Practice with roleplay training.
- Persona card - which persona this contact matches and the detail behind it. An open-setup icon next to the persona opens that persona’s setup in the Agent Training Center.
- Task feed - the agent jobs queued, running, and finished for this contact. A running indicator appears on the tab while an agent is active.
- Scheduled - workflows scheduled to run against this contact.
- Custom fields - your own fields for this contact. See Use custom fields.
- Changelog - the history of changes to this contact. Shown to admins only.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Reading a tab is instant. When you run an agent from a header button, the run is queued and the spinning indicator appears next to the contact name and on the Task feed tab while it works; the page refreshes on its own as the job progresses. Results land in the matching tab - research in Agent research, plays and the play count on Overview, the qualification result in the IBP header chip. Open the Task feed tab to watch progress or see why a job stopped. To review what came back, see Review agent outputs; if a job errored, see An agent job failed.
