Find your way around the workspace
This page is a map of the workspace: where the left navigation lives, what each section is for, and what sits in the top bar. Use it when you are new, or when you cannot find a section you expect.
What you see depends on your access level. Most sections are visible to everyone, a few are reserved for full members, and one or two appear only to administrators. Where a section is restricted, this page says so. If a section named here is missing for you, see Why am I missing a navigation item.
The left navigation
Section titled “The left navigation”The sidebar runs down the left edge of every page. It starts collapsed to icons; hover over it or click the panel toggle near the logo to expand it and see the labels. Your choice of expanded or collapsed is remembered between visits.
From top to bottom, the main sections are:
- Home - your starting dashboard. Quick access to your saved views, your Agent Training Center, your agents, and learning resources. See the Home dashboard below.
- Agent Training Center - where you teach your agents about your business: verticals, persona cards, qualification criteria, value proposition, and industry terms. See Agent Training Center.
- Agents - your library of agents for qualification, research, account planning, plays, and roleplay training. See Agents.
- Automations - build, schedule, and run multi-step workflows that chain agents together. Visible to full members. See Workflows.
- Accounts - the table of every company in your workspace, with filters, columns, and bulk actions. See Accounts and contacts.
- Contacts - the table of every person in your workspace, with the same filtering and bulk actions as Accounts.
- Report - an analytics dashboard for your workspace. Visible to full members and to read-only members.
Lower down, separated from the main sections:
- Integrations - connect and manage your CRM and other systems. Visible to full members. See Integrations.
- Settings - your team, custom fields, and Copilot configuration. Visible to full members. See Roles and access.
- Knowledge base - opens this documentation site in a new tab.
A support option may also appear here when help chat is switched on for your workspace.
Sections reserved for administrators
Section titled “Sections reserved for administrators”A small number of items appear only for administrators, and some only outside the live production environment, so they will not normally be part of your day-to-day view. Treat them as administrator surfaces rather than everyday navigation.
The account menu
Section titled “The account menu”Click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar to open your account menu. Everyone sees:
- Notifications - your full notification history. See Manage notifications.
- Log out.
Administrators see additional company and configuration entries in this menu.
The top bar
Section titled “The top bar”Across the top of most pages you will find:
- A breadcrumb trail on the left showing where you are; click a step to go back up.
- A credits indicator on the right. Hover it to see “Workspace credits”, how much is left, and a Buy more credits link. See Credits.
- A Notifications bell that opens your most recent notifications, with a link through to the full Notifications page.
- A Task feed that opens your most recent agent tasks, with a link through to the full feed. See Monitor the task feed.
There is no separate payments section in the sidebar. To buy credits, use Buy more credits from the credits indicator (or the Top-up link shown when you run low), which opens the Top up credits page. See Top up credits.
The Home dashboard
Section titled “The Home dashboard”Home is the page you land on first. It pulls together the things you return to most, in these sections:
- Favourite views - quick access to the saved views you have marked as favourites. Appears only when you have favourites. See Saved views.
- Assigned views - saved views that someone has assigned to you, grouped as they were grouped for you. Appears only when you have assigned views.
- Agent Training Center - cards for your Value Proposition, Verticals, and Persona cards, each showing a count and an Open button. See Agent Training Center.
- Agents - cards for Account Qualification Agents, Account Research Agents, Contact Research Agents, Account Plan Agents, and Play Agents, each showing how many you have and an Open button. See Agents.
- Resources - links into the knowledge base for walkthroughs and explainers.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Selecting any section loads that page in the main area to the right of the sidebar. The breadcrumb at the top updates to show your location, so you can always step back up the path.
